Is it possible to send me a list of things as well as menus of things that I can it. I am trying to stay away from the foods that I am not supposed to eat but, I am very sad most of the time because I am not eating that much. I don.t have the money really eat like I see that I need to eat.

I agree with a few things; specifically the amount of water. 48 oz is good amount; too much and you will retain water. Limit protein, look for other alternatives. Go for Fruit and veggies low in potassium. Thanks for information
